Thirty days to change your mind, no reason asked for. How to return a device, cancel an order, and when the money reaches you.

Returning a device
Thirty days, for any reason at all. Send it back in the condition it reached you and we refund the full amount, shipping included.
No reason required, and none asked for
Full refund including the shipping you paid
Return it in the condition it reached you
Cancelling an order
An order can be cancelled at no cost at any point before it is despatched. After despatch, the thirty-day return applies instead.
Payment is only taken when we confirm despatch, so a cancellation before that point leaves nothing to refund.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within fourteen days of the returned device reaching us.
Where a device sells out between your adding it to a basket and checking out, we refund in full rather than substitute a different unit.
Condition on return
Send the device back in the condition it reached you, with the accessories it arrived with.
Back it up first. Returned units are wiped to factory state, and we are not liable for loss of data.
